However, when I try to "Get online Statements" from the "Common Tasks" menu it opens the Call Progress dialog and freezes. I have tried to reinstall the program - same thing. I have reformatted the hard drive (for other reasons) and installed Money 2004 first. It worked fine for a few days and then returned to the freezing behavior. I cannot tell which program that I installed later was responsible (if any) but I do not have any exotic programs (Mostly MS Office stuff). Microsoft Tech-support are very friendly but useless.
