Strange. Emptying your IE6 cache and opening Money left the
transactions to download, and you could not process them?

Some ideas:

File-> Restore to an earlier point. If that is not a viable option,
reconsider your backup strategy.

Delete the transactions to be read by right-clicking. Enter any
missing transactions manually.

Post to microsoft.public.uk.money with your history and name your
financial institution. Somebody there may be familiar with a quirk
of your institution.

Cal,

Sorry, i was too hasty in saying it hadnt worked. Once i'd also Right
clicked the 'transactions to read' option, under Accounts and Bills |
Account List and deleted the outstanding statements, it all worked when i
downloaded them again.

Thanks for your help,

Jim

Close Money

In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with
Tools-> InternetOptions-> DeleteFiles. You might want to decrease
the size of the Tools-> InternetOptions-> Settings Amount of disk
space to use to perhaps 50MB with dialup or 20 MB with broadband.

Then open Money with Start-> Run and entering
"msmoney -s" without the quotes into the box.

Download your statement again.

Default Missing 'items to review'

Help!

After downloading statements, one of my accounts shows 50 'items to review',
but when viewing the account statement the items are not shown. Where have
they gone? Is this a display option i've selected/unslected, or is something
wrong?
