| Thanks for the input. I too suspected something like that. | The official reply from Microsoft Help Centers in Canada and the US is that there is a problem with the Quote Servers. This seems to be effecting Money 2003 and 2004 more than earlier versions, since around 26/27 Jan. I've switched back to Money98 and don't have the problem. The Call Summary in 2004 mostly says the call has been completed without problems, but mostly, your portfolio will not actually be updated!!! Go figure!!!!! In the majority of cases, the problem is not with 'your' computer. Keep on trying.!!! |
