| The suggestions given to me helped. But I found another way to clear it up. On the account list page the account in question showed some future phantom transactions that were not visible in the detail page on the account itstelf. These phantom transactions plus a mysterious $60 delta in my starting balance equated to the delta I was seeing between my account page and the home/account list page. The problem was how to delete the phantom transactions, since they didn't show up in the account itself. I ended up going to the payee details page where i found each of the future "phantom" transactoins listed. On these pages I could not delete the transactions but I was able to mark them as void. The problem was I still had a $60 gap and no idea what or when the transaction occured and there were no suspicious $60 transactions visible in the account page. I then sorted the account by payment size based upon the suspicion that somehow some existing payments got duplicated somehow. After doing the $60 sort I then went to each payee details page that had a $60 gap. Sure enough under one of the payees I found a $60 transaction that was a couple of days old. For whatever reason this transaction would not show up on the account page itself. So again I voided this transaction and everything is back to the way it is suppossed to be for the moment. I am keeping a very close eye on everything for a while to make sure that it is not a bug that will come back and haunt me again in the future. I had called and e-mailed Microsoft on this issue. The call just provided several requests to repair the file and undo online banking and turn it back on with no effects. The e-mail to Microsoft support never recieved any response. Good luck!
