| I also have an account w/ ING Direct. As of about 6 weeks ago they no longer support direct downloads via Money. You must go to their site to download statements. Basically, you can only do a 1 way download of transactions into Money. This is no different than opening IE, logging on to ING, going to View My Account and click download icon on the right side of the ING web page. All that "set up accounts" for the ING Direct accounts does is add a URL to Favorites|Favorite Web Sites|Your Banks in Money. -- Aloke ---- to reply by e-mail remove 123 and change invalid to com |

| I have an OEM version of Money 2004 standard edition on my laptop. I recently opened an ING savings account and tried to set up web services. It shows that they have direct download services to money. However, when I try to set up web services, it asks for a userid and password before it can connect. ING only gives me a customer number and a PIN number. These don't work on trying to start up online services. Calling ING, they say the customer number and PIN are what I should be using. Playing with it in Money, if I leave the password blank and fill in my customer number, it asks for a userid and password. If I put in an all number pin which mine may be, it says the password may not contain numeric characters. If I put in an all letter pin, it says your password cannot contain alphabetic characters. How do I get past this? Michael |
