Apparently you are using web access. - quote - > any help is always appreciated. |

(and this time I held CTRL+Shift - no copy found) I am still downloading multiple transactions for the same item. Question: When I select "download transactions here", i`m asked if I want to save it or open it. I`ve always used open. Should I try using save to...? any help is always appreciated. |

This would be complex to troubleshoot. The same transaction should have the same <FITID> on any download. That is how Money knows it is or is not the same transaction. If are feeling adventurous, and you would like to see the OFX file, start download as normal. But when you see the Connect button, I would hold down the Ctrl+Shift keys as you click Connect. Money will save a copy of the OFX file as *RS.txt in My Documents. You can view the file with a text editor such as Notepad. Depending on the provider of the OFX file, there may be a normal newline character between items, or not. And if not, it is tricky to view. |
