I had a similar problem. Modify Services wasn't available under the To Do
column, just Update Services preceded by an exclamation point. Super Salvage
Utility fixed it. For instructions on downloading and using it, see MS KB

Following are the Money 2003 help instructions:

1.On the Accounts & Bills menu, click Online Services Manager .

2. Click Modify services , and then click No, I'd like to discontinue using
direct online services.

But there is no "Modify Services" option, if I click on "Change financial
institution" and select "(Not Listed)" I end up with services enabled. IT IS
DRIVING ME CRAZY.
