It wants to know exactly what it asks "the Location where you want to
restore the file." Just select My Documents or a folder in My Documents. The
restored file will have the same name as the originally backed up file and
be in the folder you chose.

I have been using Money'98 for several years. My new machine came pre-installed with Money 2004. I am tying to "restore" my '98 backup into my 2004 program but am not sure how to proceed.
