But, when I open money, nothing happens, I'm not prompted to do anything, and I can't find the file anywhere; it never asks me if I want to save the file to a particular place. Any suggestions?

Close Money

In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with
Tools-> InternetOptions-> DeleteFiles. You might want to decrease
the size of the Tools-> InternetOptions-> Settings amount of disk
space to use to 50MB with dialup or 20 MB with broadband.

Then open Money with Start-> Run and entering
"msmoney -s" without the quotes into the box.

Download your statement again.
