Linking to Royal Bank of Canada

I have now imported and exported all my files, hours of
work and now balances are in the thousands as Money
doesn't recognize payments are negative. The program is
lousy with bugs and now they say reinstall. I have spent
a week trying to fix a $45 program. What value.

RBC used to link easily, don't go to Cal's link, useless.
RBC and Money are having a problem, downloads but hides
the transactions, will advise if anybody from either
institution answers.
