| Try turning off your firewall when you initially set it up, and also any virus program; I had the same problem and Norton was interfering with the setup. I have try searching the knowledge base articles but found few that apply to my circumstances. I have performed a quick and standard file repair with no problems, reset the accounts in MSN Money, reset Internet Explorer settings, reinstalled Active X componets, looked for odd characters in my account names - none, etc. Any one else has had a similar problem.
