Money 2004 - Pocket PC

This usually means data corruption in the mny file -- do a repair on the
desktop and try again.

This happened to me as well. You need to repair your
money file. Close money then click start, rin and enter
msmoney.exe -s and follow the prompts.

I upgraded to money 2004 and also had to change my money
pocket pc version as well and now my pc wont sync to my
dell axim x5 which is running pocketpc 2003. Ive tried
reinstalling everything and upgrading to activesync
3.7.1. Now it just says on active sync that attention is
required but i cant resolve the item, it just tells me to
disconnect and reconnect again. Money works fine on the
PC and the handheld but there is no transfer of
information. Anyone have any ideas on what to do?
