I'm having the same problem with a different bank. I
installed Money 2004, my files transferred over but I
cannot download statements or pay bills when I try
to "Connect to the Bank". In Internet updates, it says I
am set up. I've called my bank - they can't fix. I've
called Microsoft support and he couldn't fix. Said he'd
get back to me. That was a couple of days ago.

You need to visit the BoA website by clicking connect to
bank in the shortcut bar on the left, select go to
website, sign in, go to your checking (or savings)
account and then select the date range you want, then
click open money active statement. As soon as you do
this, MSM will recognize that a statement has been
downloaded and will take over from there.

If you happen to call the bank to ask why they don't
interact with Money like they do with Quicken, you should
post the result of that conversation on the board here as
I would like to know why. Other banks - like Wachovia -
download statements into Quicken and MSM with no problem.

I am trying to set up online banking and download
transactions with my Bank of America acct...I set up the
acct in the online services manager, yet it doesn't show
up in the list in Internet Updates, so I can download my
acct....what am I missing?
