I suggest you each have a Money file. Call them something meaningful like
"Hisfile" and "Herfile".

As Money remembers the last file it opened you will either need to always
use File > Open or create a couple of desktop shortcuts pointing to the
relevant files.

With Small Business edition of Money 2004, Can you have
more then 1 business? For example, If I have a Home-
Based business and my wife has a different Home-Based
business can we keep them in separate accounts with
independent data? Thanks!
