and loved it. It was very reliable and fast. After> I'm looking to upgrade from 2002 to 2004 - are there any problems/issues I > should be aware of? > Thanks. I wouldn't do it. I have used Money 3.0 for 9 years now, upgrading to WindowsXP it has some issues so I upgraded Money to 2004 and don't like it as well as my 9 year old version. The new interface is cartoonish, and it seems as though the main changes are for advertising purposes and a more "cool" look, not an improvement to the actual product. I would guess that 80% of this products usefullness will never be used by the average consumer like myself (overkill). Like I said, the old version was perfectly reliable. Now I am having simple mathematecal problems within the new 2004 version. It will not display the correct dollar amounts that I have entered for a budget. |

The only problem I've encountered is that my tax data since upgrade will not exporting data to a tax program is incomplete. |

If you install to the same folder, it should install over the top.> 2000 before installing Money 2004? Or does it install > over the existing application of 2000? If you want both to be on the same machine for a while, you can install into a different folder. You can run one at a time. File associations are linked to the last install. |
