Consider using Cash Organizer on the PDA then you will not need to
upgrade. I have not used it, but several folks that posted about it on
another forum were happy with it.

I would agree. The only reason I'm going to upgrade is
that it should support Windows Mobile 2003. MS Money 2003
wouldn't sync with my new iPaq PDA. And MS has no plans
to make it work either. I talked to them about it. There
answer was to upgrade to MS Money 2004 when it comes out.
(go figure)
