Thanks and the other piece of info is to ignore
the 'balanced on' date, as entering the desired statment
date (matching your bank statement) and completing the
exercise will reset this date to the desired bank
statement date.

Is it possible to undo a balanced checking account? I am
entering past data, but not all at once or in the correct
order and mistakenly balanced the account. Now I want to
undo it and startover. I'll take any short cuts for find
and replace, etc.
