 Re: Is there a generic password Money is not backwards compatible. So you cant read a M2004 file in M98. When you converted your M98 file to M2004, Money made a backup and told you where it put it. The file name will be *.m11 or similar. You need to use that as your Money file. Any transactions that you input whilst using M2004 will have to be reinput. | Is there a generic password I upgraded the trial version from 98 to 2004. When it was close to the end of the trial I chose to go back to my older version and when I want to restore it my older version said I needed a password. My husband nor I ever recall having put a password in to begin with. Now I'm screwed! What to do BROKE & DESPERATE! |
