You could use Money's synchronization where one computer only
accesses the data from a Microsoft server.

There are a lot of differing opinions and caveats on file sharing
with networking.

Go to http://groups.google.com/advanced_group_search enter words
that you think would be in relevant posts into the "all of the
words" box. Enter microsoft.public.money into the newsgroup box.
Consider selecting Sort By Date.

Default Synchronize Money between two desktop systems

Is there a way to use money from two different computers,
say a desktop and a laptop? Is it possible to
work "offline" from the main money file and then
synchronize changes from both files?
