Use two transactions: Do a sell of the amount of shares removed from
your account for the amount of the fee. If you want to associate the
fee with a particular security, you could do an Other Expense
transaction in the Investment Transactions. Alternatively, in the
cash transactions, enter a Payment in the amount of the fee. You
could categorize it as a bank charge, or you could create your own
category.

Default Entering Custodian Fee Transactions

Hoping someone call tell me of a way enter both shares
and price when inputting a custodian fee into my
transactions. "Remove Shares" won't let me manually
enter the price, and "Other Expense" won't let me enter
the number of shares. Entering one without the other
results in inaccurate calculations for gains. Any help
is appreciated.
