I suggest you call customer service at your bank and ask them to set
you up for Microsoft Money. The numbers are not always the same ones
that you use at the ATM or bank web site.

Default Online Service Manager

Hi, I am trying to downlaod my banking information into
MSMoney 2004 and would appreciate HELP! When I click on
Online Service Manager, I see a list of my bank accounts
under a heading that says "Banks and Brokerages that are
not set up for online" and next to each of the accounts
listed is a link to "Set up online". When I click on the
(set-up online) link, I see a list of institutions /
banks with my bank already selected. And when I click on
next, there is a field for Member Number and
PIN, which also has been selected / completed / filled
out,... (since I set this up yesterday and clicked
on "Remember my PIN"). When I click on NEXT, I get an
error message that reads "Please verify that your user
information and password are correct, and then try your
call again". I believe that my User ID and Password ARE
correct since I AM able to access my account when I go to
the bank Website but when I enter this data in MSMoney
and then "connect" to the bank, I am unable to connect
and / or obtain my banking data. Any suggestions /
recommendations / advice / ... would be appreciative.
