| Hi, I am trying to downlaod my banking information into MSMoney 2004 and would appreciate HELP! When I click on Online Service Manager, I see a list of my bank accounts under a heading that says "Banks and Brokerages that are not set up for online" and next to each of the accounts listed is a link to "Set up online". When I click on the (set-up online) link, I see a list of institutions / banks with my bank already selected. And when I click on next, there is a field for Member Number and PIN, which also has been selected / completed / filled out,... (since I set this up yesterday and clicked on "Remember my PIN"). When I click on NEXT, I get an error message that reads "Please verify that your user information and password are correct, and then try your call again". I believe that my User ID and Password ARE correct since I AM able to access my account when I go to the bank Website but when I enter this data in MSMoney and then "connect" to the bank, I am unable to connect and / or obtain my banking data. Any suggestions / recommendations / advice / ... would be appreciative. Thank you for your help, Bob |
