addresses this error by saying that file corruption can cause the
problem.

If the problem is with the install, and not the Money file,
sometimes installing Money to a different folder helps.

In any case, I would review your backup situation.

When I try to start money from its welcome screen I get a

Please try setup again. I've reinstalled Money 2003 a
couple of time to no avail. Any ideas?
