| From a newbie's perspective (and after playing around with it), I think you mean to the following: 1. Create an account in Money for the escrow. Likely using "other" as the account type. 2.. After creating the loan and setting up the "Bills & Deposits" payment info, edit the payment details by manually typing in the "Transfer : [name of escrow account]" because that option is not part of the dropdown box. Is this correct? "Dick Watson" <littlegreengecko[at]mind-enufalready-spring.com> wrote in message news:Oo6tUYl0DHA.3140[at]tk2msftngp13.phx.gbl... - quote - > Lots of people have done this. | Lots of people have done this. Why are you "unable???" Have you gone into the scheduled loan payment details, tried deleting the taxes/insurance entrie(s) and adding a Transfer:[name of escrow account]??? | Has anyone setup an account to track the impound/escrow account used to pay taxes, insurance in Money. I can create the account, but I am unable to change the mortgage payment to transfer money into this account rather than just show an expense for insurance and taxes. Regards, Tom |
