Thanks for tips! I closed the program and reopened it and
all of my data was still there!! Yiipeeee

I probably spent more time researching how to save my data
then it would of taken me to just redo everything.

Cheers

Since Money is a database program that "saves" data as it is entered, your
data is already saved. That's not to say that killing the application may
not corrupt the data.

It may just be brutally slow accomplishing its work. (This is not unheard of
in Money versions from M02 onward. See http://www.bollar.org/msmoney/#Q4 and
http://www.bollar.org/msmoney/#Q19.) How long are you waiting? How fast is
your computer?

Important thoughts:

100% CPU usage is not by itself a bad thing. It means the application is
keeping your computer busy and productive rather than having it loafing
around in the idle loop with nothing useful to do.

Not Responding does not necessarily mean an application is in an endless
loop doing useless work. It may just mean the application is too busy doing
whatever it is that it feels compelled to do to be bother processing the
Windows message queue.

Default Micrsoft Money 2003 "This program is not responding"

HELP!!! I have some sort of hang up on my MS Money
program. I have just spent hour inputing iformation into
my Mirsoft Money and all of a sudden in got hung up. The
hourglass is present whenever I try to attempt any sort of
function. When I try to close the program to save all of
my information, a small screen comes up and says, "This
program is not responding. If you choose to end the
progam immediately you will lose any unsaved data."

Does anyone know how to save my data without ending the
program, or is there a way to get my program to respond
again? The CPU usage is at 100% Any tips??

Thanks Shannon
