I was having a great deal of trouble installing XP and
Norton 2003 on my laptop. Money wouldn't install at all.
I loaded XP, ZoneAlarm, Office, and a few other things,
then I loaded Money2000 and I get all my online stuff
just fine. I loaded AVG AntiVirus software and learned to
do without all the options of Norton.

I see my transactions being downloaded from my bank but
they are never there when I try to update them into Money
2004. Where do they go and why do they not appear for me
to update my transactions. this use to work and then it
stopped. very frustrated.
