I think you are saying that starting a new install of Money without the data
file forced you down the new user setup path and you went. You could have
clicked Cancel and gone straight to File|Restore. You don't copy "backup to
new accounts," You go to File|Restore and restore your backup to a new file.
Any setup you did will stay with the file you setup and not be relevant to
the file you restore. I'd be sure and delete the file you setup once you get
the restore done just to avoid confusion in the future.
