Default New Money File Error on Windows XP

I'm using the MS Money 2002 on Windows XP Pro
(I've upgraded XP from Windows 2000).
But when I starting new file, Money 2002 is crashed.
Working with previous files are good, but new file working is failed always.
Is it error on Windows XP?
