The one way download will give you an OFX or QIF file. You can just press on
the download option on the bank's website, then, when the file is offered,
get Money to open the file. Money should import it and you can then see the
statement from within Money for further processing.

I don't know anything about Universal One, but suspect that's how it is done
with them, because that's the process with other one way banks (in the UK,
we mainly have this type).
