Default Re: Budget feature messed up

I have been having problems with the budget feature for years. I am now
using money 2004 deluxe, and every year I upgrade hoping they will make the
budget process more user friendly, but it seems to get worse. (Unless I am
doing something wrong.)
For instance, this month is forecasting my paychecks as being received three
times instead of two. There is no logical reason for this as it is forecast
for January 9 and January 23. Every year I make a resolution to use the
budget process in money, and every year by January 1 I give up. I've spent
three hours today trying to figure it out.
Any comments or suggestions?
Thank you.
Bill

Default Budget feature messed up

I'm having the same problem, and others with this feature
as well, have you found any solutions? It also seems to
double the amount allotted for certain budget items, even
though when I check, the numbers are correct on input,
etc. For example, if I budget 300 for a car payment, it
shows 600 is budgeted, but when I try to edit that, it
shows the correct amount. Any ideas?
Thanks

Default Budget feature messed up

Hi there. I've set up a budget in money '04, and it says
I have an amount of money left over for savings goals.
So, I've input those goals, the dates by which they need
to be achieved, and the amounts. Then, I click next to
show the final budget summary, and it says I don't have
any money available for savings and that, therefore, my
savings goals are not reachable. Has anyone else found
this as a problem, or is there some checkbox I need to
click that I've overlooked somewhere? Please help.
Thanks.
