Work with a copy of your file until you are sure you like the
result.

Note any transfers in the account with the fewest transfers. Go to
the account at the other end of the transfers and change them to
transfers to the surviving account. Do File-> Export of the
non-surviving account using Loose QIF.

Do file-> Import of the QIF file into the surviving account. Make any
needed changes. Delete the non-surviving account.

Default Combining Accounts

I use Money 2000 Business & Personal.

I would like to find out how to combine or merge 2 accounts for example
"Cash" and "Event Cash" into "Cash".

I have tried this approach:
1) exporting Event Cash as an Excel spreadsheet
2) replacing "Event Cash" with "Cash"
3) then I thought of importing this changed Excel file and appending it to
the "Cash" account in Money
PROBLEM: How do I import Excel spreadsheet into money???

IS THERE ANOTHER WAY TO MERGE OR COMBINE THESE ACCOUNTS????

Please Help
