Money 2004 Premium - 'cleared so far' not appearing in bank reconciliation

I contacted tech support last night and confirmed that it
was removed. They recommended sending a suggestion to
mswish[at]microsoft.com.

I used that feature a ton, so hopefully they allow it to
return!

When balancing an account, normally the 'cleared so far'
totals of deposits and withdrawals appears on the left
index along with the difference.

For some reason, these two totals are not appearing at
all, nor are the 'deposits' and 'withdrawals'headings.

Anyone run into this? I've tried to repair the data
