In both cases I get the little padlock indicating that a secure
connection has been made and that the certificate is good.

USAA Federal Savings Bank. I've spoken to them, they say
it's an MS Money problem. I've also spoken to my ISP
(cableone), and they also say that it's in MS Money.

I would wonder if your firewall was not blocking access. Do you know
how to adjust your firewall? I don't.

I'm getting the following error message.

Can anyone tell me what this is, why it's happening,
and/or what to do about it?

I got the same error with Money 2001, so I'm using the
trial version of 2004 to see if it's going to work. 2004
(trial) worked for a few days, now I'm getting the same
message.
