I would try booting in safe mode and running the conversion from safe mode.
If that does not work, then open an incident with Microsoft Money phone
support.

Sorry. We've been to the Liberty Bowl and just returned today. Running
Windows XP Pro, 512 Mg memory, Drive Space is 22.4 GB, and running
Microsoft IntelliPoint Mouse Control, ATI Desktop Help and Program Launcers
in Systems Tray. Hope that helps. TIA

Just curious, what OS are you running, how much memory do you have, how much
drive space do you have, and what programs do you have running in the system
tray?

Have you tried opening a support case directly with Microsoft. That's really
the only way to get their attention. Besides, it hit$ them where it hurt$.

p.s., the conversion support in Money sure beats the conversion support in
Quicken.

Default Converting Quicken 2003 Files! What a Joke!

How ridiculous that we buy Money 2004 and can't convert Quicken 2003 files
to Money 2004. We keep getting the messages about insufficient memory or
lack of disk space, which are both bullshit. We've seen this same complaint
and question in this newsgroup before. But never, never, get an answer from
any Microsoft rep as to what the problem is or how to solve the problem.
And solving the problem is not by creating numerous .QIF files for
importing. We paid for the advertised Quicken conversion. What's the deal
Microsoft? If anyone can help, we would appreciate it.

TIA
