Scratch that. Even as Administrator Money 2004 just keeps crashing
out and sending error reports to Microsoft. I've uninstalled it and
gone back to Money 98.

I have just installed Money 2004 on Windows 2000, and have exactly the
same symptoms, unless I run it as administrator. I haven't found any
way, yet, to allow any other users to access it.

You could try reinstalling Money
