| I believe your ability to use electronic downloads with Netbenefits is a function of what your employer is willing to pay in service charges. Mine wasn't, and I had nothing other than web access. | Hmm... here's the link I spoke of. http://www.microsoft.com/money/onlin...t.asp?FIList=5 Shows 'Fidelity Netbenefits' supporting direct services. | I called Fidelity and talked with one of their agents. They indicated that Netbenefits (or at least my plan) is not set up to be downloadable by any money management progam. They seem to indicate that this is generally true for all netbenefits accounts. | But I don't seem to be able to even get that far. The M2004 software doesn't list Fidelity Netbenefits in their list even though it is listed on the M2004 website. | I noticed on their website that they now work online with Money without having to manually download QFX files. In M2004, from the Online Services Manager, I clicked "See the financial institutions Money supports" link... sure enough Fidelity Netbenefits was listed. However, I tried to set my 401k account to start using it, but Netbenefits isn't listed in teh "Select Your Financial Institution" list. I updated Money online, but it still doesn't show up although it's listed on the Money website. The only thing listed is "Fidelity Investments", but that isn't the same thing and doesn't work with my singon info. Any ideas how to update the list in Money so I can access Netbenefits online? Thanks, Jay |
