Default Recovering MS Money 2003 Back-Up File

My most recent Money BU (on floppy) somehow got corrupted.
I have BUs from Sept on CD. However they are Read Only.
When I attempt to change the attributes I get a "Unable to
Set Attributes" error msg. How can I change the attributes
where I can succestfully recover this most recent BU ?

Thanks
Bob
