There are several things you can do, but making a complete Money> edition. How can I save my records so she can read them? file that she can read with Money 2001, or before, is not one of them. You can print a tax report. This could go onto CD as a txt, doc, or pdf file with some additional things, or just print to paper. I suggest landscape paper orientation. You can also export data for use with Excel. You could export checking account transactions from an account as loose QIF, and she could import it into an account on her machine. You could both update to the same new version of Money. There may be more possibilities. It depends on what you are trying to accomplish. |
