| The way they intend it to be used is that you enter (or download, if you insist) the transaction data including the monthly interest charge. The register keeps track of the activities that change you balance. Beginning balance + purchases - credits - payments + interest expense = ending balance. Money doesn't attempt to calculate interest and enter it into the register since sooner or later, it would for whatever reason calculate differently than you bank, putting the balance off. Have you read on-line help about debt reduction planner? It might do what you want. | Dick, How then am I to get Money to give me an accurate CC balance every month if it can't figure out the interest of the CC? If I want a receipt of something, I can simply write it down somewhere that the CC was paid for that month. | No. It never enters transaction information automgically. The only thing it does with that value is use it in DRP to project future interest costs. Yes. It's the only way to accurately track the balance.
