I had noticed that on the top Amazon page last summer. Looked like they
did not do a clean update from 2003 sales information. If you drill
down on that page you will find the specifications page actually
requires 98 or above.

Money 2004 requires IE 6.0 and that will not run on Windows 95 or NT
4.0. If you are running earlier than IE 6.0, then the first thing the
installation will do is load IE 6.0.

I'd bet against it. I'd also think that any machine old enough to still run
Win95 would run M04 like a snail overdosed on downers, even if it were
possible which I expect it isn't.
