The Installer program should also be on the CD - make sure you run that one,
as it'll be the minimum version to install the program. I think there's an
IE directory on the install CD - you could try running that installation
from there to make sure you know that IE has been updated.

site and found the installer. I downloaded it,the .msi
is now associated with it, but still won't get past

I can't even use Microsofts online help system because

If you're having problems at the explorer stage, then that's even before it
gets to the Money installation - any error messages at all? Any log files
that you can find on your system which might pinpoint the cause? Have you
tried double-clicking the money.msi file on the CD?
