MSN Bill Pay -- why use it?

Not every bill can be paid automatically. Auto-pay also leaves you no
flexibility on when to pay, etc.. You cannot take advantage of any grace
period--your bill is paid whenever the payee takes the money from your
account (usually the first day due). Personally, I only use auto-pay on a
couple bills that are always mailed so late payment must be made almost the
day they are received. Other than that, I pay through Money and the bank
(not through MS and the web---I will not involve them in banking no matter
how secure they claim it is).

the exact reason why i use auto-payment. when on
vacation i want to enjoy europe stuff and not worry about
bills back home. bills paid automatically.

The only advantage that I am aware of is that you can pay bills when you
don't have yourcomputer handy. This past summer we spent most of August in
Finland and I was able to pay bills from an internet connected computer at
a public library.

Why use ANY bill pay service? I've used automatic payment
for almost everything for 20 years now with no problems.
Electric+, phones, mortgage, car payments, credit cards
and investments.

For the first time since installing Money 2004 about six weeks ago, I was
prompted to view a web-based "demo" of MSN Bill Pay. I went through the
entire demo, but it's still not clear to me what it is, how it differs from
Money itself, and why I'd want to use it.

I've been using electronic payments in Money for a number of years; my bank
does not charge me to use this feature. Why would I want to use MSN Bill
Pay?
