| Mortgage payments to me I am carrying a note, and want to record the payments. The buyer pays monthly, but the payment amounts vary, always more than the required. I want the program to show payments, principle and interest, and balance. The interest rate is fixed, and a ballon is due in 5 years. I also need to record payments that began in June. I've spent hours, but can't figure out how to record a payment that varies. Help! |
