This error usually occurs if the file was previously opened using different
regional language settings. For instance, if you were using French, and now
are using English. You should be able to get back into your file if you set
your language back to what it was when you previously opened the file.

Default encrypted file-Money 2001

I have Canadian version of money 2001 and have been using it for last two
years with XP home edition. Recently XP updated with the latest update and
money would not open file. I completely removed and re-installed money2001.
I tried to open .mny file and the back up file with reinstall, however, I
get the following message:
"You are trying to open a file taht has encrypted information. This file
can not be opened with this version of Money."

I would appreciate help inresolving this issue.
