Default Re: Access to Money through second user

Prior to M2004 (maybe M2003?) you had to have full Admin rights for both
users to share the Money File and you similarly had to install from a user
with full Admin.

Default Access to Money through second user

I have the same problem. It's not that we want access to
the same file simultanously, just acess by different
users of one machine. I am using 2000. I have friends
that are using a newer version and have no problems.

I'm not the expert here, but keep in mind that every post I've seen on the
topic says that simultaneous updates by two users guarantees a destroyed
Money file.

Default Access to Money through second user

I can't get Money to transfer information from the
primary user to the secondary user. I tried saving the
Money file as a shared document under Windows XP but when
it is accessed, it has a message stating that the file is
read only. I can't find a way to modify this so both my
wife and I can access and imput into the same file from
our respective log-ons
