Which do you see as a bigger problem? Having to manually unmatch future occurrences if you leave the setting where it is, or having to manually match late clearing payments that occur outside a tighter setting? In my case, my payments are either made online (generally happen within a day or two of entry), or are on checks that are treated like debits (generally happen within a day or two of the check hitting their mailroom, 2-5 days from date of entry) so the 13 day setting works for me. -- Scott Tyler agent_scotty-at-hotmail-dot-com |
