Default Re: using 2 accounts

Copy your .MNY data file to something like "Condo Association Money
Data.MNY" Go into that file and delete your personal stuff. Go into the
original data file and delete the condo association stuff. Create shortcuts
on your desktop to both files. Use them to open the file you want to work
with.

Default using 2 accounts

I have my personal banking on money. I also keep the
books for my condo association. Keeping the two separate
when generating reports is fine but when I download to
disc it downloads everything in boh accounts. There are
occasions when I want to pass the disc to someone else
but I on't want my personal info on it. Any idea how to
copy just one account. Thanks for any help.
