Default Converting from Quicken X G

Is Money 2003 capable of importing from Quicken XG or
must I wait for Money 2004 to come out. I am tired of
Intuit forcing us to change software every year in order
to download bank transactions. I also formated my hard
drive to XP so had to phone them for a new key in order
to open Quicken. They tell me that the next time I will
have to pay $40 for a new key. I don't like that type of
monopoly either.
