| Michelle - I had a similar problem. I, too, am running 2003 Standard and the stock update function works fine now. Check out the following two MSKB articles to see if they help: http://support.microsoft.com/default...roduct=mny2003 http://support.microsoft.com/default...roduct=mny2003 I had to reinstall Money to get things working properly again. I just checked the update feature a minute ago and it still works fine. -Eric |

| The expiration logic is described in the EULA that's accessible from Help. The upgrade is certainly what Microsoft wants you to do. Note that the Deluxe version offers quotes support for, IIRC, three years versus one for Standard. | I think you are probably right. It is standard, but I didn't realize there was only a certain amount of time I could get quotes. So I guess my only resolution is to upgrade right? | Hi, I have a strange problem. I use Money 2003 with Windows XP and I used to be able to update my portfolio prices online. But now, when I click on update prices, the only option it gives me is to update prices manually. The last time it updated online was 9/14. Any suggestions? At the bottom when I click on internet updates and customize updates, there is a place for quotes and exchange rates, but it will not let me check that box, it's grayed out. Thanks |
