I have this same problem with Money 2003. Installed on a
new machine, and it worked fine for the first couple
days. Now when I try to access updates online, I get the
same program hang. I've tried uninstall/reinstall several
times, but that didn't work either.

Please let me know if you've got any more info on this.

Have you read the FAQ article on this? Have you tried at multiple different
times of day/night? Look at it this way: the market hasn't been that good
lately, what are you missing?

First, only way to get out of the hang up is to use cntrl
alt delete and use the task manager to kill money.

On the downloads, I can get my to partially work now, but
had to take all indices, and mutal funds out of it. I
pretty sure the problem has to do with the server Money
goes to get the information but can't fix it.

that, but before I fixed that and after, when I click Update it hangs

utilization. I let it run and run and it never stops. So the update
is basically hanging the application.
