Hmmm, apparently I hit the wrong button. This was supposed to be a new
posting. Crap.

Default Newbie needs help

Sorry to bother you all, but I need help, and I don't know where to
get it. I'm currently running MS Money 2003 Deluxe. My bank does not
offer direct downloads, but does offer web services. Here's my
problem:

If I go to www.msn.com, choose Money, it takes me to the MSN Money
Plus Web Site. I have two accounts listed. One is a read-only view of
my local PC's Money data, the other shows transactions that have
cleared on my bank.

So, it's obvious that MSN Money Plus on the Web can access my banking
transaction. And can 'sometimes' get data from my local PC. (This
doesn't seem to work all the time.) Is there anyway that I can get the
transaction data from MSN Money Plus on the Web into my local money
file? (So I don't have to manually enter that data.)

Also, I use MSN Bill Pay. Currently, I have to go to Bill Pay, pay the
bill, then switch back to (local) Money to enter the information into
my register? I've already been bitten in the [at]ss because I forgot to
do one or the other.

Some additional information:

At some point I signed up for MSN Money Plus. Now, when I try to
update from local PC Money, I get an error about the .NET Passport
being associated with Money Plus, so it won't update. The help file
says I need to discontinue MSN MOney Plus. But I can't figure out how
to do that.

I would appreciate any help anyone out there might be able to give,
including links to help articles, books, whatever. This is driving me
nuts.
